This lovely estate is fenced all round and consists of the owners house and three separate apartments all with their own private terrace and all very well appointed and nicely furnished in traditional Tuscan style.

Julio Ov is situated on the ground floor, it has its own private entrance and charming patio equipped with round table, chairs and sun umbrella and its own barbecue nearby, ideal for dining al fresco. It is fully air conditioned all round and furnished in a cosy homely style with terracotta floors. The studio consists of a large comfortable light open room with a kitchenette, double bed, settee, round table and chairs. It has a bathroom with shower.

Spacious well kept grounds surround the estate, and strolling across the lawns one reaches a perfectly placed swimming pool (14m x 7m) with hydro-massage corner equipped with sun umbrellas, sun beds and tables and chairs to enjoy a cooling dip or relax and soak up the sun. Situated not far from the swimming pool is a pergola covered terrace with table and chairs, nearby a large barbecue ideal for grilling delicious local delicacies accompanied by a bottle of local red or white wine. If one feels like playing tennis, one can take a stroll through the olive grove or down the private road to the tennis court.

When you can tear yourself away, it’s a great location from which to explore the area. The centre of Medieval San Gimignano is in short walking distance. Florence, Siena and Pisa to name just a few of Tuscany’s jewels, are within easy reach and lovely day trips out.
