The apartment named "Il Bruco" is part of an old farm, located in the olive tree and cypress-covered hills surrounding Siena (3 Km far from the city center). The complex, that has been recently restored respecting the original rural architecture and the environment, features modern comforts and services.
The whole complex is surrounded by a lovely garden from which, by recommended paths, guests can access to an ample and secular olive tree grove, enjoying relaxing and healthy strolls around.
The studio offers independent entrance, terrace with panoramic view and private area for outside dining and barbecue. It has a fully equipped kitchen, double bed, divan-bed (with possibility of third bed), bathroom with access area and shower.
Services: individually controlled air conditioning and heating, strongbox, tea and coffee set, satellite TV, telephone and internet access.
The accomodation has been restored respecting the original rural Tuscan architecture, preserving the wooden beams and the brick arches, the valuable Tuscan terracotta floors and the finishings made with natural materials (chestnut, oak chestnut wood, cherry wood, poplar wood). Furnishings are antique or hand-crafted like the solid wood kitchen and the wrought iron bed.
Linen change (carried out every three days or daily on request) and final cleaning are included in the price.
Wide parking space is offered freely to our guests who can also use the laundry room with washing machine, drying machine and ironing facilities (use of the washing and drying machine is once per week free, for further use clients have to pay the indicated prices).
Close to Fullino Nero you can find restaurants where you can taste typical Tuscan cousine, shops, swimming-pools and a horseback riding school. Natural thermal Spas are just 20 minutes driving.
