The Volterra Pool Villa is located about 11 km from Volterra in the middle of the Tuscan hills with breathtaking views. The house we offer is part of a completely renovated "Borgo", a gated Estate owned by a German family. A typical sandy road leads you to the Estate surrounded by the Tuscan nature. The stone house is part of an Italian borgo that has been restored with great attention to detail, about 15 minutes from Volterra. It spoils you with a sublime view of the surrounding natural landscape in the heart of Tuscany. The spacious garden is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 guests on two levels. It is part of the Villaflair portfolio and thus offers the usual service. A forged iron gate opens access to the Borgo and offers its guests private parking spaces on the property. From there you can easily walk to your holiday home, which extends over two levels. Via the garden you get to the main entrance of the house. The ground floor is accessed via the living and dining area, with a separate kitchen that is very well equipped. There is a large smart TV in the living room for sociable evenings at the cinema. In the further course you come to the bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
